Payroll Administrator – Part Time (Term Time Only)
Waitakere College is a school in the heart of West Auckland. We are seeking an individual to fulfil the important role of Payroll Administrator and fit in with our busy administration team. This role includes managing payroll for approximately 180 staff members some with varying work patterns.

The successful applicant must agree to a police check as required by the Ministry of Education and able to live and work in New Zealand without restrictions.
This role is Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm (25 hours per week) term time only, with extra paid hours worked during school holidays as required, to meet deadlines.
Terms and conditions of this role are covered by the Support Staff in Schools’ Collective Agreement 20 June 2022 to 19 February 2024.

Teacher of Maths, Permanent – Start Term 1 2023
We are looking for a teacher of mathematics to join our team of experienced teachers and enthusiastic staff. NZ trained and/or NZ teaching experience is required.
The successful candidate will be part of the team delivering the Numeracy Standards and the changes in the NCEA. Please state specialist subjects and contributing subjects.
The successful candidate will have confidence and capabilities with technology, be an active member and participate in the leadership of our Professional Development Programme including Relationship Based Learning (RBL) as well as an expectation of involvement in extracurricular activities on offer at the College.
