10P has been working on a Romeo and Juliet unit this term in English. At first, they were hesitant to tackle the challenge of Shakespeare but have risen to the task and exceeded my expectations. They are inquisitive, keen and show manawanui when acting and understanding the text. This has all come to a head with their final project where they acted out key scenes of the play in different eras (i.e. cowboys). I have been walking around today from group to group just blown away with their work, creativity and the fun that they are all having. Ka rawe 10P!
