The Big Book Battle

People have been waiting for this, update 4 of the Book Battle. Interest is strong to see who is in the lead, and with an additional 236 books issued since the last update it is clear that people are trying hard.
Next week in week 9, will be the last update. When we do the final check of the numbers and find the result. Then, in week 10 we can acknowledge the winners, and feed them pizza!
So there is still time for one last push, keep on reading!

The Big Book Giveaway 

Following on from how successful last year's big book giveaway was, The library is holding this once again in Week 3 of Term 3.

The library will provide a big pile of books, but we are also asking for your donated books for this.
So if you have books that you have finished with and want to move them on this is the time.

We do have two requirements please,
1) books should be in good condition,
2) and suitable for school     😊
(if in doubt please pop in for a chat).

We have a bin in the library where you can drop these off.
