Empowering Communication with the Bubblegum Program

The Year 11 and Year 12 students of the Medical Science Academy at Waitākere College recently participated in an innovative program known as Bubblegum, which was expertly facilitated by SouthSeas Healthcare.  This initiative aimed to enhance students' communication skills and empower them to confidently share their experiences.

Throughout the duration of the program, dedicated facilitators from SouthSeas Healthcare spared no effort in providing the students with a comprehensive toolkit designed to enhance their communication skills by fostering open dialogue and encouraging respectful communication practices, the program aimed to create a ripple effect that would positively transform not only the students' interactions with their peers but also their relationships with family members.

The program's goal is to bolster students' self-assurance in self-expression and enhance their communication abilities for everyday life as well as in school and the workplace.
