Vocational Pathways Students Dive into First Aid Training

28 of our Vocational Pathways students embarked on their first day of First Aid Training at the Glendene community hub, facilitated by First Training. This vital program, crucial for both industry workplace competencies and personal preparedness, aims to equip our students with essential life-saving skills.

Throughout the training session, students engaged in hands-on scenarios, providing them with practical experience in managing emergency situations. This interactive approach not only heightened their awareness but also instilled a deep understanding of the significance of prompt and effective first aid responses.

The hands on nature of the training proved to be fun and rewarding, keeping the students engaged and alert throughout the entirety of the day. This firsthand experience will empower them to confidently address emergencies in both professional and personal settings.
