Last Saturday’s Market Day was a celebration of creativity, enterprise, and youthful ambition as 100 student-run businesses set up stalls to sell their products, and the results were nothing short of inspiring.

From handmade jewellery and eco-friendly crafts to gourmet snacks and tech gadgets, the school grounds transformed into a vibrant marketplace, drawing crowds of eager buyers. Each stall reflected the students' passion and hard work, with eye-catching displays and enthusiastic pitches that had it stand out from local markets.

What made the day even more impressive? Every single stall broke even - a rare feat even in the world of seasoned entrepreneurs. Beyond the numbers, the students gained invaluable experience in promotion, teamwork, and customer service. Laughter and chatter filled the air as lessons were learned, connections made, and sales tallied.

Market Day proved that with the right mix of creativity and determination, young minds are more than ready to take on the world. There were some notable students who will form our next generation of business leaders.
