Sāmoan Group Perform at Western Heights Primary

During Sāmoan Language Week, our Sāmoan Group was invited to perform at Western Heights Primary. While it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with our neighbouring schools, what made it even more special was learning that Western Heights had never hosted a Sāmoan performance before. Needless to say, the students were absolutely thrilled to watch us perform a few of our items.

Our students truly upheld the mana of our school, performing with effortless grace and bringing so much joy to the young ones at Western Heights. At the conclusion of our performance, the entire school sang the Sāmoan thank-you song, "Ua fa'afetai," to us. It was incredibly touching to see students of all cultures at Western Heights embracing the Sāmoan language during the week.

Fa'afetai lava to Western Heights Primary for having us, and thank you so much for the pizza treat—our group loved it!
