We will be holding our Term 3 Whānau Interviews on Thursday, 6th August from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

While all caregivers are welcome to attend, we will be sending out an Invite Report to help you decide if an in-person meeting is needed. Each teacher will indicate one of the following statuses for your child:

• Not Required: Your child is working well and staying on track. Fantastic achievement!
• Invited for Discussion: We encourage you to make an appointment to discuss your child’s current progress.
• Need to See: Please make an appointment as soon as possible; your child is currently at risk of not achieving or has outstanding work.

Please check your Invite Report once received to guide your booking decision. We look forward to working together to support our ākonga!

Once the conferences are open, book through SchoolBridge, allowing a 5-minute gap between teachers.

To make your bookings;

• Go to our school website and LOGIN (top right) 
• On the Dashboard, click the "Whānau Conferences" icon. 
• Or click on the Conference Icon in the SchoolBridge App, following the same process.

Select your times for each of your child's teachers and confirm your appointments.

Please note: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first appointment. There is very limited parking on the school site.
