Waitākere College was proud to take part in this year's Stand Up Stand Out competition, with four talented students representing the school in the Solo Vocal category.

Our performers showcased an impressive range of musical styles. Maddison Meredith delivered a standout performance of Andra Day's Rise Up, Vera Lavers performed Part of Your World, Riley Poi impressed with an Adele classic, and Faith Skeen took to the stage with a Beyoncé hit. Each student demonstrated confidence and musicianship in front of the judges and audience.

We are thrilled to congratulate Maddison Meredith, who has been selected to progress to the Stand Up Stand Out Semi-Finals. This is a fantastic achievement and we wish her all the best for the next stage of the competition.
