This week, both the Year 12 and Year 13 students from the Services Academy participated in the Kumeu Tough Guy and Gal ‘Mud Run’, an event renowned for its challenging and entertaining atmosphere. The competition drew hundreds of students from across the region, all eager to test their endurance and resilience. The 6 km cross-country circuit was packed with a variety of obstacles, including deep mud pits, slippery slopes, and waist-high water crossings, designed to push participants to their limits both physically and mentally. 

Within this tough environment, two of our Services Academy students distinguished themselves with outstanding performances: Christian Keys, who secured an impressive top 20 finish, and Jackson Adams, who showed remarkable determination throughout the course.  Both Students have also represented the school playing Basketball.
