Waitakere College has a relationship with a private school in Kyoto Japan, who have booked 2 online zoom meetings with us this month, after school on Tuesdays. 

In the first meeting, the Japanese students will make a slide presentation (in English) to our students, and then chat with us about their topic (practising their English). 

In the following meeting, our students will present slides to the offshore students (in groups, in English) about Kiwi life, then chat for a bit.

In future Terms, we hope that these Japanese students who have come to know a bit about our school will be able to visit us in person.
